To use the system properly, pre-configurations of the system need to be set up first, including master data, profiles, notification template, role management, rule management, and service management.
*Note: For SSG-funded courses, relevant pre-configurations have already been setup by SCALE team. In case of clarifications, please reach out to SCALE team accordingly.
