For course registration, there can be specific organisations or companies that pay the course fees for a list of learners in bulk and can provide the information of the learner directly. In this case, instead of letting learners apply for the course individually and go through the enrolment process, admins can register the learners directly into the corresponding courses in the L3AP admin portal.
