Course configuration

New course created in CMS will be synced to L³AP daily. Administrators would only need to access this function once to configure the newly synced courses. Subsequently refer to Course intake configuration to setup course runs for these configured courses.

For SSG-funded courses, most necessary information will be synced from CMS. For changes to the synced over information, configure at CMS and changes will reflect on L³AP after daily sync. Refer to the process chart below on actions required from Administrators to complete configuration for SSG-funded courses.

To configure a course, navigate to Course > Course configuration.

On this page, non-credit bearing and credit bearing courses are listed in two tabs. Click the corresponding tab to view courses under each category. Modular courses synced from CMS are displayed in the Credit bearing tab. You can change their configurations in L³AP via editing.
