Transaction

After applying for the courses, you can view and complete the pending payments, view the invoices and receipts of the transactions, and check your refunds in Transaction.

To access Transaction, click Transaction in the left pane.

Refer to the sections below for available tabs on this page and what you can do in each tab.

Pending payments

In the Pending payments tab, all your incomplete payments are listed.

To pay for your incomplete payments, select one or more pending payments and click Pay to proceed with the payments.

On the Bulk submit page, select a payment mode and proceed.

When the payments are being processed, the invoices will be issued and sent to you. You can view the invoices and download them in My profile > My letter.

Transactions

In the Transactions tab, the payments you made are listed.

The following actions are available in the tab:

    View transaction details – Click a transaction No. to view the course and payment details of the transaction.

    Download receipt – You can download receipts of your transactions in Paid payment mode status. Select one or more transactions and click Download receipt. The receipts will be downloaded to your local device.

    Re-upload payment form – If you have paid with the Post-Secondary Education Account (Adhoc withdrawal form) or Post-Secondary Education Account (Standing order form) payment mode, and the form you have submitted was rejected, you are required to upload another form for the payment.

To re-upload the payment form, complete the following steps:

i.    Click the Filter button to filter transactions in Pending resubmission payment mode status.

ii.    Select the transaction you want to re-upload a form for.

iii.   Click Upload form.

iv.   In the Upload the form window, drag or select the adhoc withdrawal form or standing order form, and click Save to upload the form.

Refunds

Refunds can be automatically triggered when specific conditions are met. In the Refunds tab, all approved refunds are listed. You can view the refund details, including the refund amount, date, reason, status, and remarks. If a refund fails, you can also view the failing reason.

For successful refunds, you can download refund advice by selecting the refund items and clicking Download refund advice. The refund advice will be downloaded to your local device.
