    Q1: Where can I find the sponsorship link that I have generated before?

A1: Go to My course and select the specific course. You should see the list of links generated before. You can choose to:

Copy the existing link.

Activate or deactivate the link.

Check the expiry status of the link. If the link has expired and there are still sponsored applicants who hasn’t finished their application process, click Generate link to create a new link to send it to the applicants.  

    Q2: What should I do if I do not see the request raised by my employee on Company sponsorship approval?

A2: You may find the request under Sponsorship > Pending verification. Select the specific request and assign it to a branch for approval. If you see an error message to apply for the course first, kindly follow the steps to apply for the course before coming to this step. For instructions on how to apply for the course on behalf of your employee, refer to Apply courses on behalf of employees.
