To sign up via Singpass, access the Register page using instructions in Sign up and complete the following steps:
1. On the Register page, click Sign up via Singpass.
2. Sign in to Singpass with your credentials, and then you will be redirected to complete your personal information for the L3AP learner portal.
3. Complete your display name and email address on the page, and then click Get email verification code. The verification code will be sent to the entered email address.
4. Enter the verification code in the Security verification field and click Submit to complete the sign-up.
