Personal particular is the place to view and update your personal information. To access Personal particular, click your photo in the upper-right corner, and then click My profile.
Then, click Personal particular in the left navigation of your profile.
The following information can be updated in Personal particular:
Click Upload your photo and upload a photo from your local device.
In the Personal information section, the personal information is displayed. To update any information, click Edit to edit the information based on your requirements.
Then, click Save when you finish your edits.
You can also click Retrieve from Myinfo to retrieve information from Myinfo.
After retrieving your personal information from Myinfo, only family name and given name can be edited in L3AP. To edit other personal information, complete the updates in Myinfo and click Refresh in L3AP to sync the updates.
Or you can sync your information from NUS records by clicking Retrieve from NUS records.
*Note: Syncing your information from NUS records is only available when you have not retrieved your information from Myinfo.
To update other information including contact information, education qualifications, employment details, and marketing consent, click Edit. Then, you can edit the information based on your requirements.
Click Save when you finish.
*Note: If you are a NUS alumnus but this status is not indicated in the NUS Alumni field, you can click Verify to verify your identity. Your verification request will be reviewed by Alumni Helpdesk. Once approved, your NUS alumni status will be updated as Yes.
