    Q1: What happens if I sign up with local account (i.e. using emails and password) and subsequently sign up again with Singpass?

A1: If the email address is used for both accounts, you will be prompted that email address exists in the system and you may proceed to login and update your personal information. If the email addresses used are different, they will be recognised as 2 accounts.

    Q2: Will I still be able to access the portal if I’m using an older version of the browsers listed above?

A2: While you should still be able to access the portal if you are using older versions of the browsers listed, we highly recommend you to update your browser to the latest versions for the best experience.
