After intakes are created, the following operations are available:

•Copy an intake - To create a new course intake by copying the configurations of an existing one and making modifications, complete the following steps:
i. On the Course intake configuration page, select the specific course intake to copy and click Copy.
ii. You will be redirected to the Create course intake page with information populated as the intake that has been copied. Update the details in the relevant sections if necessary.
•Assign owners to an intake - To assign owners to a course intake after a course has been created, select the specific course intake for assigning and click Assign owners.
Then, enter the relevant owners for the course intake and click Save.
•Extend registration – To extend the registration end date of a course intake, select the course intake, click Extend registration, and then select a new registration end date.

•Postpone intake – To postpone the start date or end date of a course intake that has specific start date/end date configured, select the course intake, click Postpone intake, and then select a new start date or end date.

•Confirm intake – To manually confirm a course intake if the number of applicants in the course intake does not reach the minimum pax, select the course intake and click Confirm. You need to upload approval supporting documents to confirm the course intake.

•Cancel intake – To cancel a course intake that has been published, select the course intake and click Cancel. After confirmation, the status of the intake will be Cancelled.

•Manage link – To generate an application link for a course intake, select the course intake and click Manage link. You will be redirected to the Manage link page where you can copy or delete generated link, or generate new links for students or corporate links for companies.

•Reschedule intake – To reschedule an intake for Youth Camp, select the intake and then click Reschedule intake. Then, select the new intake start and end date in the reschedule window and click OK.
•Edit schedule information – To modify the schedule information displayed in the course intake details that are visible to the applicants, select the intake and click Edit schedule information. Then, enter the new information to display in the Edit schedule information window and click OK.
•Delete – Select the intake and click Delete. The intake will be deleted in the system and the deletion will not be able to be reverted.
*Note: Only intakes in the Draft status can be deleted.
•Sync intakes to Canvas - To sync non-credit bearing course intakes to Canvas, turn on the toggle in the Sync to canvas column for the course intake under the Non-credit bearing tab.
L3AP synchronises course intake information, enrolment, and learner data to Canvas via jobs that run every two hours.
When a learner is newly enrolled, L3AP creates a Canvas account for them (if one does not already exist) using their name and email address, which serves as the primary identifier. The learner then receives a Canvas email to set up their password and can log in using their email and password.
Note the following:
o Once turned on, the sync cannot be disabled.
o Only learners in the Enrolled status will be synced to Canvas.
o Once a learner has been synced to Canvas, any subsequent changes to the user's email address in L3AP will not be reflected in Canvas.
