The system provides a range of services for learners. In Learner services, administrators can configure the services according to their requirements. Learners will be able to request for services in the learner portal. Users assigned as the evaluators or approvers will process learners’ requests in the admin portal.

LOA (Leave of absence) for assessments |
You can enable the LOA for assessments service to allow learners to request LOA for their assessments. The approval process can be automatic or manual. If manual approval is required, the assigned evaluators and approvers are responsible for evaluating and processing the requests. |
