Extra charge may be required when learners raise requests for specific services provided. Therefore, finance admin needs to create learner service rates as well.

Step-by-step instructions
1. In Finance configuration, click Learner service rate on the left navigation pane and then click Create.
2. In the Create learner service rate panel, complete the required configurations for the rate.
3. After finishing the configurations, click Save. A learner service rate will be created.
