The Accrued revenue report provides a monthly breakdown of revenue generated from confirmed billings within the selected month range. It includes details such as course names, codes, start/end dates, and duration, enabling financial tracking and analysis.
*Note: Only data of billings in the Confirmed status is included in the report. In the system, a billing is in this status when:
•The billing has been automatically generated for course fees.
•The manually created billing has been approved by the system or the approver.

The report supports month range customisation, filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in this report by company name, learner name, receipt No., or billing reference No.
The Aging report - Outstanding amount provides a detailed breakdown of overdue receivables categorized by aging periods (e.g., 1-30 days, 31-60 days) as of a selected date. It distinguishes between learner and company payers, displaying subtotals and a grand total for outstanding amounts. The report includes sub-reports for deeper analysis by learner or company summaries/details, aiding in tracking payment delays and managing collections.

The report supports date customisation, column management, and data exporting. To switch to the sub-reports, click the All payers, By learner summary, By learner details, By company summary, or By company details tab name above the report table.
You can also search for certain records in the following sub-reports:
•By learner details sub-report: Search by learner name, email address, or billing reference No.
•By company details sub-report: Search by UEN, company name, learner name, or billing reference No.

The Aging report - Outstanding without deemed paid tracks overdue receivables as of a selected date, excluding payments in Deemed paid status that are pending PSEA/SFC payment confirmations. It categorises outstanding amounts by aging periods (e.g., 1–30 days overdue) and breaks down totals by learners and companies. Sub-reports enable granular analysis by payer type (individual or company summaries/details). This report helps identify delinquent balances by filtering out temporarily "deemed paid" billings, ensuring accurate collections tracking.

The report supports date customisation, column management, and data exporting. To switch to the sub-reports, click the All payers, By learner summary, By learner details, By company summary, or By company details tab name above the report table.

The Billing report provides a detailed record of all invoices and credit notes issued to payers within a specified date range. It includes essential details such as billing reference numbers, invoice numbers, issue dates, and amounts (both excluding and including GST), etc. The report allows you to filter between invoices and credit notes by accessing the sub-reports, offering a clear overview of financial transactions.

The report supports date range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. To switch to the sub-reports, click the Invoices or Credit notes tab name above the report table.
You can also search for certain records in the following sub-reports:
•Invoices sub-report: Search by billing reference No. or payer name.
•Credit notes sub-report: Search by payer name, credit note No., or billing reference No.
The Daily grant & subsidy report provides a comprehensive overview of daily grant and subsidy disbursements for each learner, including their claim statuses.

The report supports record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by learner name, NRIC/FIN, course claim item ID, or TPG enrolment ID.
The Daily payment collection report provides a detailed record of collected payments and cancelled cheque payments within a specified date range. This report enables efficient tracking of payment receipts and cancellations, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

The report supports date range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. Record searching is not available in this report.
*Note: Only payment collections whose payment statuses have become “Paid” during the selected date range are displayed.
The Doubtful debt report provides a detailed listing of billing and payer information for transactions identified as doubtful debts within a selected date range. This report helps track receivables at risk of non-payment by displaying relevant billing references, payer details, and associated debt amounts.

The report supports month range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. Record searching is not available in this report.
*Note: The report displays the latest status of each doubtful debt record within the selected month range. If the record has any changes during the range, multiple records will be included in the report, with each record for one change.
The Fee protection scheme report provides a monthly record of fee protection coverage offered to learners enrolled in CPE-registered courses.

The report supports record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by NRIC/FIN or learner name.
The Instalment report provides a comprehensive breakdown of each learner's payment plan details, tracking scheduled instalments for course fees.

The report supports record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by instalment plan No., billing reference No., invoice No., course category, course type, course intake No., course name, course code, payer name, or NRIC/FIN.
The Monthly grant & subsidy report provides a detailed record of all grant and subsidy claims and their status changes within a selected monthly period.
*Note: The report displays the latest status of each grant or subsidy record within the selected month range. If a learner’s grant or subsidy has any changes during the range, multiple records will be included in the report, with each record for one change.

The report supports month range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by learner name, NRIC/FIN, course claim item ID, or TPG enrolment ID.
The Monthly sales report provides a performance overview of each salesperson's activities, detailing their total sales count and revenue generated.

The report supports data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by salesperson in charge.
The Payment transaction report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all learner payment transactions categorised by payment modes, offering insights through three sub-reports: Summarized statistics, Payment mode details, and Monthly trends.

The report supports column management, record filtering, and data exporting. To switch to the sub-reports, click the Summarised statistics, Payment mode report, or Monthly statistic tab name above the report table.
In the Monthly statistic sub-report, you can also search for certain records by year.
*Note: Searching is not available in Summarised statistics and Payment mode report sub-reports.
The PSEA status report specifically tracks all payment collections with the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) payment mode within the selected date range.

The report supports date range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by payment collection ID, billing reference No., invoice No., course name, course code, payer name, or NRIC/FIN.
*Note: The date range configurations in the report filters the payment collections whose payment dates are within this range.
The Revenue recognition report provides a monthly breakdown of earned revenue based on invoices generated within the selected period.

The report supports month range customisation, record filtering, column management, and data exporting. You can also search for certain records in the report by company name, learner name, invoice No., receipt No., or billing reference No.
The SFC status report provides a detailed record of all billings processed through the SkillsFuture Credits (SFC) payment mode within a specified date range. This specialised report tracks the payment status and outstanding amounts for each SFC transaction.
