    Q1: For individuals who are company-sponsored but SSG-blacklisted, how will admin and company be notified?

A1: They will be notified when the invoice is generated, and the full fee amount will be reflected on the invoice

    Q2: For individuals who wish to convert from self-sponsored to company-sponsored, what should they do?

A2: Individuals who wish to apply for company sponsorship may raise a request. For specific instructions, refer to Raise request > Company sponsorship approval request

    Q3: Can applicants re-apply for a course intake after the previous application being rejected?

A3: Yes. To enable the re-application of a course for which a previous application have been rejected, admin needs to revert the application status to “Offer” first, and then revert the application status to “Incomplete submission”. The applicant can resubmit the application or re-apply for the course after cancelling the application in the learner portal.

    Q4: Can learners who don’t meet MER still submit the applications?

A4: Yes, they can. But course coordinators need to verify the learners’ MER and award offers at their own discretion.

    Q5: For individuals who wish to convert from self-sponsored to company-sponsored, what should they do?

A5: Individuals who wish to apply for company sponsorship may raise a request. For specific instructions, refer to Company sponsorship approval request.

*Note: If the learner has rejected the offer, he or she will not be able to apply for the same course intake again. Revert the application status to "Offer" and then to "Incomplete submission" under application evaluation and get learner to accept the offer and raise a request as stated above.
