A1: You can postpone the intake or extend the registration date. However, note that you can only extend registration before the end of current registration date.
•Q2: If I have more than one mode of training for this course, what should I select in the course intake configuration?
A2: Select the one that you require attendance, and in timetabling management, you can specify different modes of training for each session accordingly.
•Q3: Can I change an active course intake from public to corporate? Or vice versa?
A3: You cannot make changes once intake is published for registration. Instead, you will have to copy the course intake configurations and set it up again. If the old intake is no longer needed, you can cancel it.
•Q4: What if I want to change my max pax set for the course?
A4: You can only increase the max pax, and pax number cannot be changed once the course registration starts.
•Q5: What if my course did not hit min pax but I still want to run this intake?
A5: You will need to manually confirm the intake and enrol the learners to this particular intake.
•Q6: Why am I not able to proceed with intake creation when I fill in billing contact details?
A6: You will have to enter a valid number before you can proceed. Only numbers (0-9) are available.
•Q7: Why am I seeing a yellow triangle warning sign next to my record?
A7: The yellow warning triangle sign indicates that some actions need to be taken. Click the icon to check the details or click the record and perform actions according to the yellow banner you see on the details page.
•Q8: Why is my intake not confirmed?
A8: The intake's application number didn’t hit the min pax configured.
•Q9: What if self-sponsored learners did not pay and attended the course?
A9: System will not issue the certificate automatically to learners who did not pay.
