    Q1: Why can't I see the same buttons and functions as my colleagues?

A1: Your access to functions is determined by the pre-configured access matrix from the SCALE team. If certain functions are missing, you might not have access to them. For any questions or concerns, please contact the SCALE team.

    Q2: Why is the screenshot different from what I see in the system?

A2: Your assigned system access may differ, so some functions in the screenshot might appear slightly different for you.

    Q3: Why can’t I see the button mentioned in the guide?

A3: Because of your device's resolution settings, not all buttons may be visible. You can click the "…" button above the table to expand the action list and find your target button.

    Q4: Will I still be able to access the portal if I’m using an older version of the browsers listed above?

A4: While you should still be able to access the portal if you are using older versions of the browsers listed, we highly recommend you update your browser to the latest versions for the best experience.

    Q5: Will I be able to access the portal using mobile/tablet as an admin?

A5: No. Unfortunately, the admin portal is not supported on mobile/tablets. You are required to sign in to and access the admin portal via your desktop.

    Q6: What is WS1A and why am I being redirected there when I want to sign into L3AP?

A6: WS1A is a tool used to authenticate NUS staff and external trainers who are given an NUS account. Staff/Visitors are required to have their sign-ins authenticated before they can access L3AP and its admin features. Upon successful sign-in, L3AP will redirect staff/visitors to the admin/trainer portal based on their designated role.
