Q: What should I do if the error message says "Failed to synchronise the enrolment list to SSG"?

A: Please ensure the below details are completed before clicking Synchronise again in the same error message:

    Learner's personal particulars such as date of birth, contact number – This can be updated by learner under My profile.

    Company's contact details such as primary contact person's name and contact number – This can be updated by company in the company portal under Contact person and Branch.
