To view the learners who have failed course-mods in a course intake, navigate to Course > Course intake configuration. Click the course intake No. of a course intake, and then complete the following steps:
1. Click Failed learner list under the Enrolment management section in the left navigation.
2. On the Failed learner list page, you can view the basic information of the course intake and a list of learners with failed course-mods.
3. When there is an available course intake that offers the repeat course-mod to a learner, you can send a repeat course-mod task to the learner by completing the following steps:
a. Select a learner and click Send repeat course-mod task.
b. In the Send the repeat course-mod task window, you can either select a course intake for the learner or allow the learner to select a course intake.
