In Learner finance > Accounting management, click Accounting setup list in the left navigation. On the Accounting setup list page, setups that will be used for accounting entry generation in the system can be created or imported.
Apart from these, admin can also export the setups for offline processing and archiving by clicking Export above the table.

To create an accounting setup, follow the steps below:
1. On the Accounting setup list page, click Create.
2. In the Create accounting setup panel, fill in the information for the setup.

*Note: When the segment is WBS, you can fill in the source of fund for the accounting setup.
3. Click Save. The setup will be created and activated.
To deactivate a setup, select the setup and click Deactivate above the table.
Instead of creating accounting setups individually, admin can also import multiple setups in bulk when there is a list of required configurations by following the steps below:
1. On the Accounting setup list page, click Import above the table.

2. Click Download the template file to download the template and fill in the information.

3. After completion, upload the file and click OK. The setups will be imported and activated.
